New! Your Journey: Workouts Built Around You

The most effective workout routine is a personalized one. You've told us, loud and clear, that you want FitXR to do that better, so you can feel confident it's moving you toward your goals. Our latest update is our answer to that.

Starting today, your home screen looks different. Instead of browsing through everything and figuring out what to do next, you'll find a curated path of workouts ready to go. Each one chosen based on what you like: how long you want to work out, which studio you gravitate toward, the music that gets you moving, and the coaches you keep coming back to. Your progress is represented by a visual path on your screen that advances with every workout you complete. For new members, we'll get you started with a few quick questions. For those of you who've been with us a while, your last 40 classes already tell us a lot. Your Journey uses that history to understand your habits and build your path from there.

 



Every 7 workouts, you'll hit a checkpoint. Think of it as a moment to pause, look back at what you've done, and decide if you want to adjust anything going forward. You'll get a summary of your progress, and the option to tweak the length or intensity of future sessions. Then it generates your next 7 so you can keep going.Following it is completely optional, of course. If you'd rather browse on your own, the Explore tab is still there whenever you need it.

Everything Else That's New

Challenges: Season challenges have been simplified to work with Your Journey. Instead of targeting specific activities or instructors, they now revolve around broader goals like finishing a set number of workouts or hitting a total number of minutes, so they fit naturally into however you train.

Switch from Weekly to Daily Streaks: If you're already tracking daily, nothing changes for you. For everyone else, weekly streaks are switching to daily streaks. You won't lose what you've built, though: we'll multiply your current number by 7 to calculate your new count.

Freezes: Those are rest credits you earn every 2 days. They are automatically applied on days you don't work out, so you won't run the risk of resetting the streak you've worked hard to achieve. You can hold up to 4 at a time.

Profile Levels: An addition to the experience. While your League Levels still work the same way — accumulating Move Points each month and resetting at the start of the next — your Profile Level is something different. It tracks your cumulative Move Points over time and never resets. The further you go, the higher it climbs. Think of it as a permanent record of your fitness journey, one that only ever moves forward. If you're already a member, don't worry: your existing Move Points will be counted retroactively, so you'll be placed at the level that reflects everything you've already put in.

Your Journey is designed to get out of your way and let you focus on the work. No more decision fatigue, no more staring at the library wondering where to start. Just show up, and it's ready for you.
